Terms of Sales

In the event of any difference between the French version of the general conditions of sale and another linguistic version, the original French text will prevail.

The general conditions of sale (hereinafter “GTC”) apply to the online store www.sportethobby.com. It is managed by the company Sport & Hobby.

The offer is valid as long as the product can be found in the online store while stocks last.

Sport & Hobby reserves the right to modify the prices of the products and services offered at any time. The price indicated on the online store as well as with partners, which we confirm at the time of the order, is decisive for the conclusion of the contract.

For Sport & Hobby products and services, the contract is concluded upon receipt of payment.

1. Return, repair, warranty and after-sales service

1.1 Return or exchange of goods
Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with the labels bearing their references), within a maximum of 7 days after receipt of your package. The shipping costs related to the return are your responsibility. In the case of an exchange order, the shipping costs of your new order are offered to you.

1.2 Out of warranty repair
The costs of an out-of-warranty repair, in accordance with article 4, are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to invoice the customer for costs incurred by checking and returning products with non-visible defects or damage not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, in accordance with article 4.

1.3 Legal warranty
Check the condition of the goods delivered without delay to exclude obvious defects in material and workmanship, as well as damage due to transport. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defect or anomaly affecting the goods delivered so that we can remedy them.

1.4 After-sales service
Sport & Hobby is an online store, after-sales service is also done online by correspondence.

2. Availability delivery time and delay

2.1 Availability
We attach importance to displaying the most precise availability and delivery times possible. Due to production or delivery problems, however, delivery delays may occur. This is the reason why all the information relating to availability and delivery time is given for information only and can be modified at any time.

2.2 delivery time
At the time of the acknowledgment of receipt of the order, a provisional delivery date is indicated to the customer. In the event of delivery by carrier, a delivery date is agreed with the customer.

2.3 Late delivery
In the event of a delay in delivery from Sport & Hobby or our partners, the customer is entitled (except for special orders) to withdraw from the contract from the 30 th calendar day following the delivery period initially announced by mail, sms or WhatsApp. In this case, Sport & Hobby reimburses the customer for the amounts already paid. There is no possibility of claim.

2.4 Postage and packaging – Delivery / Transport
For postage-delivery / transport and packaging costs, participation on your part is requested only once per order.
Unless there is an exception to your request, for Post Express rates or delivery by Express carrier, we may ask you to add the difference.

The goods are delivered on one level.

3. Colors and products
The photos are not contractual, certain colors, certain products may differ from the image.

4. Duties of the buyer
The control of the goods must be made within 7 days of receipt. After this period, the customer confirms that the goods comply with the sales contract.
